  • According to Rotoworld, Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson (toe) missed his second straight day of practice on Thursday, but he is reportedly doing better this week than last week.

    OPINION: If Tomlinson doesn't practice today (Friday), fantasy owners might be looking at another sharing situation in Week 3. Hopefully the stud will at least practice at some capacity - Keep checking back with us throughout the day.

  • According to SFGate.com, Mike Martz said that his current quarterback, J.T. O'Sullivan, could be the best quarterback he has ever coached.

    OPINION: We like this guy a lot - He is an extremely sharp quarterback, which is why we have been recommending that fantasy owners scoop him up in all dynasty leagues before it is too late. He is a great start in Week 3 against the Lions, but he might just be a regular fantasy starter before long. He is no lock, but we love this kid's upside!

  • According to StarTribune.com, Vikings coach Brad Childress said that RB Adrian Peterson did not practice on Thursday due to his hamstring injury. "He didn't participate today so that probably says what it says," Childress said. "DNP. He was limited [Wednesday]. It's a concern. Your legs are your legs. We'll just see how he comes out by the time we get to Sunday."

    OPINION: The chances of AP sitting out Week 3 just went up, but obviously monitor this situation right up to kickoff. The runner might be a game-time decision this week. Hopefully AP owners drafted Chester, as we so strongly advised this off-season. We will keep you posted - Hopefully AP will be a go in Week 3.

  • According to StarTribune.com, Vikings RB Adrian Peterson said that he injured his hamstring in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game. "I felt it get real tight one me," he said. Peterson was limited during Wednesday's practice, but the runner expects to play in Week 3. "I'm just taking it one day at a time and giving it some time to rest," he said. "It's just soreness in the hamstring."

    OPINION: Monitor this situation, but we expect AP to be ready to rumble in Week 3. Hopefully all of you AP owners out there reached for Chester Taylor back in August, because he is a must-have for all Peterson owners.

  • According to Rotoworld, ESPN's Michael Smith is reporting that Broncos WR Brandon Marshall could be looking at more disciplinary action by the NFL if he is in fact found guilty of criminal misdemeanor battery. Smith is reporting that the charges alone will not affect Marshall's playing status, but if convicted, the Broncos receiver could be looking at another suspension.

    OPINION: Marshall isn't expected to go to trial until at least November, but if history is any indication, these things can often be delayed until the off-season. So, if convicted, Marshall could avoid a 2008 suspension and be looking at a suspension in 2009, but nothing is crystal clear at this point.

This is relating to the alleged incident on March 4th, 2008 in Atlanta. No court date has been set as of this moment, but according to the report, a court date is expected to be scheduled sometime in either November or December.

    OPINION: Not much is known as of yet and it is still unclear if the NFL factored this into Marshall's recent suspension. We will certainly keep you posted! Keep checking back!
